Salesforce patents anti-spam on blockchain

Software giant Salesforce has been awarded a patent that describes the use of a blockchain platform to combat email spam. The patent explains the technology to prevent spam from reaching users' mailboxes.

Salesforce, one of the biggest names in the US software industry, has recently shown keen interest in blockchain technology. The result of this attention was a patent for a blockchain-based system that will help prevent the spread of spam emails. The patent, entitled "Messaging Systems and Methods Using Blockchain to Ensure Message Delivery Integrity," was published by Salesforce by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) earlier this week.

Salesforce offers its users a cloud-based email platform and promises to create a system that ensures that certain emails sent by legitimate users do not end up in the spam inbox. Using patented technology, you will no longer need to check your spam folder for lost email.

Salesforce plans to use a two-server delivery system in which parts of emails will be recorded on servers and verified using blockchain nodes, ensuring the authenticity of the message.

In its patent document, the company said that this system could help identify the authenticity of letters. In addition, the patent document states that the technology can be used in other areas such as the authentication of medical and legal documents, ownership documents, etc.
