A cup of coffee for Litecoin: a cafe has opened in Dublin where you can pay with cryptocurrency

Crypto Cafe is not only a place where you can pay with digital currency. Nesh Beisel, the owner of the establishment, hopes that it will become a hub for crypto enthusiasts who can now discuss the latest news over a cup of coffee and cake. Let us remind you that similar establishments already operate in Prague and Singapore.

Crypto Cafe currently only accepts Litecoin and Ethereum payments. Bitcoin is not accepted in cafes due to high transaction fees. Visitors can easily scan the cafe's QR code at the register and send currency directly from their wallets. However, Beisel admits that most clients still pay in cash.

Beisel encourages crypto users to pay with tokens, explaining that this is how he makes money. During an interview with The Irish Times, Nash noted that it all comes down to luck. The level of his earnings depends on the rise or fall in the price of cryptocurrency.

The businessman made his first investment in the crypto market about six months ago. He invested capital into Crypto Cafe that he earned during last year's market volatility. As the entrepreneur himself notes, he profitably sold the earned crypto assets before the January correction began.

Beisel stores all the capital earned from the cafe in Litecoin or Ethereum, instead of converting it into fiat. The businessman is confident that the market will grow. Nesh also notes the fact that, over time, digital currency will become the main means of payment and this cannot be ignored.
