A new cryptocurrency exchange from DMM Group has been launched

The launch of the cryptocurrency exchange from DMM Group, announced in December last year, took place on January 11, 2018

Japanese Internet giant DMM Group opened trading on its cryptocurrency exchange called DMM Bitcoin on January 11. The trading platform supports seven digital currencies (BTC, LTC, ETH, ETC, XEM, BCH, XRP) and 14 pairs, of which 7 pairs to the yen, 6 pairs to bitcoin ETC/BTC, LTC/BTC, XRP/BTC, XEM/BTC, ETH/BTC, BCH/BTC and 1 pair ETC/ETH.

In honor of the opening of the exchange, DMM will present to all users who register in the period from 11.01-11.03.2018, 1000 yen, which is approximately $9. 

DMM provided information about the trading platform used, which was “Simplex Cryptocurrency” from Simplex Inc. Simplex's developments include not only systems that allow large banks and financial companies to trade foreign currencies, but also tools for cryptocurrency trading platforms. DMM Bitcoin is among the first to use new developments of “Simplex Cryptocurrency” in trading digital currencies.

The next news from DMM Group was information about the upcoming launch of another cryptocurrency exchange. Subsidiary of DMM Group Next Currency Inc. initiated the registration of the Cointap trading platform. The resource is planned to be launched in the spring and a distinctive feature of Cointap will be its focus on inexperienced users and support with a mobile application.  

As DMM Group says in a statement: “Cointap is a service that is best suited for those who want to start trading virtual currencies and easily sell and buy cryptocurrency using their smartphones.”
