From October 8 to 11, Kyiv will host HackIT 4.0, an annual IT forum for cybersecurity specialists, blockchain entrepreneurs and white hat hackers. More than 50 security experts from around the world will participate.
In addition to the two-day conference and exhibition area, the program included a CTF (Capture the Flag) competition, a networking day, a series of discussions and round tables, a Hacken Cup marathon and a trip of participants to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant to illustrate the consequences of man-made disasters.
This year the emphasis will be on cybersecurity in the crypto industry: security trends, protection of different types of wallets, smart contracts, databases, creation of security standards and compliance with legislation.
The conference will be divided into Attack Day and Defense Day.

one of the most influential blockchain evangelists Dinis Guarda,
an expert in derivatives trading, risk analyst, consultant and blogger of his own YouTube channel about finance Tone Vays,
cybersecurity researcher and former leader of the security team at Twitter and founder of Open Whisper Systems Moxie Marlinspike,
head of the Trend Micro Zero Day Initiative Brian Gorenc, whose work helped find and fix a number of vulnerabilities in products from Microsoft, Adobe and Oracle
According to the organizers, participation in the conference has already been confirmed more than 30 speakers from the UK, France, Canada, China, Turkey and other countries. These are founders and CEOs of projects, cybersecurity experts, white hat hackers, blockchain developers and IT bloggers (view the full list of participants).
