Today at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus it was announced that the main driver of the economy in 2018 will be the IT sector.
One of the drivers of economic growth in 2018 will be the IT sector. Currently, the draft decree “On the development of the digital economy”, which provides, among other things, the most favorable conditions for the development of blockchain technologies (including mining and circulation of cryptocurrencies), as well as comprehensive legal regulation of activities in this area, has been agreed without comments by all authorized state bodies of the Republic of Belarus and submitted in the prescribed manner for consideration by the President.
