There are certain Bitcoin wallet addresses that are constantly monitored by the crypto community and statistical resources. The new Bitcoin wallet was activated and immediately took sixth place in the top 10 largest BTC wallets.
As noted by Bitinfocharts, the coins began to move on July 1, 2018. You can view completed transactions on Bitinfocharts, which analyzes the top richest addresses on the Bitcoin network and other blockchains. The address is currently in sixth position, holds a total of 85,947 BTC and is valued at $576 million.
Typically, addresses that hold a large volume of BTC are those associated with major exchanges. For example, the top five exchanges include Bitfinex, Binance, Bittrex, Bitstamp, and Huobi, all of which have large Bitcoin holdings. The top five addresses on Bitinfocharts were all publicly associated with these exchanges. This means that this new address belongs to an unknown entity. This is the largest Bitcoin address on the network today.
The world's sixth largest account received a total of 85,947.12 BTC from four different addresses. However, only one large transaction in the amount of 85,947 BTC was carried out on July 1. This transaction made this wallet the sixth largest BTC wallet overnight. The remaining transactions amounted to only 0.000008 BTC, 0.000005 BTC and 0.00000547, with the last transaction occurring on July 3.
The wallet from which the first large amount came was created on March 25, 2018, and since then, a total of 152 transactions have been carried out through the activated address. The transaction record shows that the transfer of BTC on July 1 practically reset the balance of this wallet, since only 93,947 BTC passed through it.
It is noteworthy that such a large transaction did not have a significant impact on the crypto market. Typically, when a wallet with that much Bitcoin starts moving coins, it indicates Whale's intention to withdraw funds. This situation is not similar to standard manipulations, but rather indicates the movement of military vehicles from one account to another of the same holder. According to the second version of experts, the crypto wallet may belong to one of the newly created crypto platforms and the trading volumes on such a new platform are not so significant for the crypto market.
In any case, this mysterious wallet contains more BTC in one place than any other investor in the network and will be under the close attention of the crypto community.
