A British Bitcoin trader's "crypto fortune" was stolen

According to Danny Aston, the head of the cryptocurrency company, four armed men broke into his home, tied up his girlfriend, took their child hostage and forced him to transfer them all his bitcoin savings, the equivalent of more than millions of dollars. This is the first time in the country that cryptocurrency was stolen during an armed robbery.

After the horror they experienced, the family went to stay with relatives and are afraid to return home.

The police are interviewing people and looking through cameras to determine the location of the criminals, but so far to no avail. The only witness other than the victims was a neighbor who saw four black men in tracksuits with their hoods up jumping over a fence.

While the investigation is ongoing, nearby schools will be temporarily closed and police will patrol the area.

The number of kidnappings and crimes related to cryptocurrency is growing. And despite investors' attempts to ensure online security and proper storage of cryptocurrency, there is always the danger of physical violence and armed attacks associated with anything of value.
