Blockstream announced the release of the second version of the Lightning Publisher plugin to test the Bitcoin payment system for content creation. Lightning Publisher gives users the opportunity to be publishers and earn rewards for publishing on WordPress. The plugin is quickly becoming popular, attracting a large number of customers and investments.
The Lightning Publisher plugin works with the Lightning Charge system, a payment system that allows clients to install the Lightning Network Protocol and independently verify how it works.
Lightning Publisher is created on the principle of WooCommerce Lightning Gateway, which was presented in January of this year, and FileBazaar, an application whose users get paid for views. The latter was presented on March 22.
Lightning Publisher, like FileBazaar, provides the opportunity for clients to receive currency for creating material, without relying on advertising revenue.
