The project itself was launched in April of this year and the company has already received twenty-six reservation requests from potential space tourists. The 12-day tour is designed for four passengers and two crew members.

Orion Span plans provide that the autonomous space station will be built and sent into low-Earth orbit in 2021, and 12-day flights will become available in 2022.
