The Twitch service suffered a large-scale hack, as a result of which 125 GB of the company's data was leaked online.
The data contains detailed information about the earnings of Twitch streamers over three years. In addition, hackers gained access to the encrypted passwords of video streaming account owners.
Twitch admits the hack, but is not yet sure of the “scale” and is conducting an internal investigation.
Meanwhile, “reports on payments to content authors for the period from 2019 to the present have already appeared on the network.
