Bitcoin is the most profitable asset of 2021

The international audit and consulting network Finexpertiza recognized Bitcoin as the most profitable asset for investment.

Analysts selected the most popular investment instruments and calculated the probable income in rubles from investing 100 thousand rubles at the beginning of the year with profit taking at the end.

According to expert calculations, if you invest 100,000 rubles in military-technical cooperation at the beginning of the year, the investor’s net profit will be 65.6 thousand rubles, after taxes. Such high returns cannot be expected from any investment instrument.

Bitcoin is followed by real estate investments. The 100,000 thousand rubles invested in new buildings brought 28.7 thousand rubles at the end of the year.

Further, the places were distributed between American and Russian stocks. American shares grew by 25.7 thousand rubles, Russian shares by 16.5 thousand rubles.

Ruble deposits unexpectedly took fifth place, bringing depositors 4.5 thousand rubles for the year. The dollar was in sixth place with zero yield in the ranking.

Over the year, the euro (-7.8 thousand rubles), government (-5.1 thousand rubles) and corporate (-0.7 thousand rubles) bonds, as well as gold (-5.8 thousand rubles) lost their attractiveness for investors. These instruments have not shown an increase in profitability over the past year, or have gone negative.
