Mining company Argo Blockchain will hold an IPO on Nasdaq

The company's shares are already listed on the London Stock Exchange, and now Argo Blockchain is launching an IPO in the United States.

Argo Blockchain has listed 7,500,000 American Depositary Receipts, which equal 75,000,000 common shares, on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol ARBK.

Argo common shares closed at £1,334 yesterday. This means that a successful IPO could raise more than £100 million.

Argo is currently building a mining farm in Texas, which should have a capacity of 200 megawatts.
