New platform from Cryptanite and Codius

Cryptanite Blockchain Technologies Corp. and open source platform Codius today announced the joint launch of a new hosting platform. Cryptanite, registered in both Canada and Germany, is one of the first to use Codius' hosting capabilities.

“Currently, Cryptanite is one of the few public companies that is committed to providing users with access to the hosting services of the Codius platform,” says Henry Duong, CTO of Cryptanite. “Our goal is to support the development of the blockchain ecosystem and provide reliable hosting of Codius, which will bring enormous benefits to both individuals and companies.”

Stephan Thomas, CTO of Ripple and creator of the InterLedger protocol, has made Codius publicly available so anyone can use its code.

With a hosting service, Cryptanite will allow people to create smart contracts for professional use, as cloud computing platforms are not up to the task. The company strives to provide a reliable platform for hosting projects of those people who are interested in Ripple smart contracts.

Just as cloud computing has made web hosting more affordable, Codius will make blockchain experimentation more accessible since people won't have to build their projects from scratch. The hosting service will allow people who want to experiment and create contracts for personal and professional use to upload their projects to the codiuscloud website.

Cryptanite also has a cryptocurrency wallet with which you can buy and store more than 15 cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Stellar and Dash. The wallet application is available for download in Apple Store and Google Play.
