Oscar-winning actor Matt Damon has become the face of the Hong Kong crypto platform Crypto.com.
A company representative said that the exchange spent about $100 million on the advertising campaign.
Crypto.com advertising covers 20 countries and will last several months. The campaign, titled “Fortune Favors the Brave,” is led by Oscar-winning photographer Wally Pfister, and Hollywood star Matt Damon has become an ambassador for the crypto platform.
Damon admitted:
I've never acted in this role before, but I hope for a long-term collaboration
The Crypto.com marketing campaign will also feature celebrity athletes, rappers and astronaut Scott Kelly.
In addition, Crypto.com already cooperates with Formula 1 and the Italian major football league.
