Tron (TRX) opens office in Taiwan

Yesterday, Justin Sun gave an online interview on Twitter with Taiwanese MP Jason Hsu. The topic for discussion was called “Tron in Taiwan.” Immediately after this interview, Justin Sun confirmed everything said in the interview and announced the opening of a new branch of his Foundation.

In his tweet, Justin wrote the following:

Tron will soon open an office in Taiwan and become a member of the Taiwan Blockchain Self-Regulatory Organization.”

Literally a few seconds later, Justin wrote another message about the many opportunities for engineers, marketers, PR companies that will become possible after opening an office in Taiwan.

“At the moment, there is a great opportunity for Taiwanese engineers, marketers, PR people. We can become part of our company and participate in the development of our community. The Taiwanese blockchain community will become huge!”

Back in October last year, the Chairman of the Financial Supervision Committee of Taiwan announced that the government would adhere to a loyal position regarding digital currencies and the implementation of blockchain. He further explained that Taiwan will not apply such strict measures as China or South Korea. Following this position, the island's government promoted the establishment of the Taiwan Self-Regulatory Organization, which Justin mentioned in his tweet. Now an expert and supporter of cryptocurrencies and blockchain, Justin and his Tron Foundation are members of the world's first self-regulatory crypto organization, which is fully supported by the country's government.

In terms of price, we can say that TRX has been performing well lately. Over the past 24 hours, its price has fallen by 1.57% and is now $0.053. However, comparing the price with the beginning of April, we see that it has increased by 47%.
