Late last week, the SEC cleared the company to launch an exchange-traded fund.
In a document filed with the SEC, ProShares said the new ETF will begin trading tomorrow, October 19.
ProShares filed for the ETF last summer. The fund is linked to Bitcoin futures, which are traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
News of the launch of exchange-traded funds pushed the price of BTC above $62,000. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading around $60,500.
