US tax authorities are looking for a specialist to hack hardware wallets

The US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is in urgent need of a specialist who can develop a solution for hacking cryptocurrency hardware wallets.

Criminals are increasingly transferring stolen money to hardware wallets. Law enforcement cannot track the movement of currency or seize it when using an anonymous hardware wallet.

The IRS would like to have at its disposal a universal tool for reusable opening of crypto storage.

Hardware wallets have become quite secure devices, and it seems difficult to find a ready-made exploit to quickly and permanently hack them. In addition, wallets store only keys, and the currency itself can be moved at any time.
