Macroeconomist Raoul Pal predicts that the price of ether will skyrocket fivefold by next spring.
On the Bankless podcast, crypto investor and former head of Goldman Sachs said:
My price prediction is for ETH to be above $20,000, and it's pretty simple. I compared the ETH chart with the BTC chart for 2017. If you look at the dynamics, ETH could easily reach $20,000.
Ethereum's success is based not only on the fact that it is a store of value, like Bitcoin. It is growing due to the success of projects built on Ethereum, which should ultimately lead to its mass adoption.
In addition, according to Raul, the supply of Ethereum on the market continues to fall - “only 13% of the total circulation of the coin is now available. The remaining assets are locked in DeFi or accumulated.”
