Approximately 10 hours after the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorova asked to help the country by providing access to the Starlink Internet, Elon Musk wrote on his Twitter:
Internet access services via Starlink satellites are now active in Ukraine. Additional terminals are on the way.

According to NetBlock information, Internet connections in Ukraine have been extremely unstable since the military invasion of the Russian Federation.
