Medical company MDS Mexico announced the launch of a rapid testing service for COVID-19 using blockchain technology.
The company has launched a platform that allows you to see the results of your test, as well as receive them via a QR code anywhere in the world. Scanning the code allows you to view your entire vaccination history and the doctor who is responsible for the accuracy of the tests.
MDS Mexico stated that the transition to blockchain technology will not only protect the personal medical data of patients, but also combat the falsification of COVID testing.
Mexico is actively using distributed ledger technology to digitize and store important data.
In the spring, the National Chamber of Commerce (CANACO) of Mexico, in partnership with the blockchain company Xertify, initiated a campaign to digitize Covid passports.
