The Japanese company DMM has opened a large-scale cryptocurrency mining farm where it plans to conduct tours

The DMM company, an operator of an online service for the sale of goods and services, announced the opening of a huge mining farm, where visitors will be able to monitor the work of 1,000 mining installations. Those interested will be able to get to the farm as early as mid-March.

“By opening a farm in a cold area, we will purchase electricity at a low price and maximize production,” said Shinichi Takaguchi, head of DMM’s mining laboratory. 

The DMM company uses both ASIC chips and graphics processors for mining cryptocurrencies, the consumption of which is 750 and 1900 volts, respectively. The company will mine Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and any other cryptocurrency that is in demand. 

On the DMM.com website, using the Coincheck service, you can purchase DMM bonuses for Bitcoin, and then exchange them for videos, e-books, online games, theater tickets, English courses and other services. According to the company, today the number of users of the media platform is about 27 million people.

The company also owns its own cryptocurrency exchange, on which 7 different types of cryptocurrency are traded, plans to launch cryptocurrency mining in the cloud and open mining farms in other countries.
