Members of the advisory group include many from the university and government, including the provost, the director of information communications and technology, the former director of education, and the senior director of education.

The University of Gibraltar is not the only educational institution investing in blockchain education. According to Gibraltar Finance Minister Albert Isola, half of the world's top 50 universities offer blockchain technology courses.
