Ripple must turn over terabytes of Slack messages to SEC officials.
Judge Sarah Netburn ordered Ripple to hand over to the SEC one million messages between employees from Slack. According to her, these messages play an important role in the investigation into the sale of unregistered securities.
Last month, Ripple provided the SEC with messages from the messenger. Soon, commission representatives announced that the list of messages was incomplete. Ripple confirmed this information, indicating that due to an error they lost about a million messages.
Now the company is obliged to restore and transfer these messages to the SEC.
