Popular cryptocurrency hardware wallet Ledger Nano S announced today that it will add EOS to its list of supported cryptocurrencies. The coin is currently the fifth largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.
EOS support is associated with the new Crypto Tuesday program, under which a new coin will be added to the wallet every Tuesday. Ledger tweeted a list of the following protocols and digital assets that will be added soon, including Hycon, Waves, Rise, FIC, Network, Pirl and Akroma. The company plans to add 53 more coins in the future.
The company is making every effort to expand its token portfolio and attract customers. Ledger also posted a link to its Trello roadmap, which continually updates information about upcoming events. In addition, a new version of the Ledger Live integration application has become available for installing software that supports new cryptocurrencies.
The price of EOS is trending upward, last week it was $5.41, and today it has reached $6.02 with a market capitalization of almost $6 billion US dollars.
