A pub for crypto-hipsters has opened in London

If you've got some Bitcoin you can't wait to spend, you might want to head to a new London pub. BrewDog has opened a new location in London's Canary Wharf business district, and the bar allows customers to pay with Bitcoin.

The price of beer will change daily, according to the company, in line with the leading British Stock Exchange FTSE 100 index. There will be a spreadsheet above the bar that will display the last day's trading results, as well as fluctuations in the price of Bitcoin.

James Watt, co-founder of BrewDog, said: "We've always prided ourselves on our commitment to new technologies. We've done it with beer, we've done it with our business model, And now we're introducing a new way to pay for beer. Our bar in Canary Wharf is a symbol of the payment revolution!
